Verification and Delays: If there are issues verifying your shipping address, your order may be delayed by 24 - 48 hours. Orders containing out-of-stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship, or we will contact you promptly.

Shipping Time: We use USPS as our shipping carrier to send out our packages.
Standard Delivery takes 8-15 days. Please note that all orders are shipped directly from our warehouse location in China.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided and sent to your email for easy tracking of your package.
